All orders placed after 1pm on Friday 23rd December will be dispatched Wednesday 28th December due to Christmas Bank holidays.
Due to adverse weather in the UK and busy delivery networks your parcel may take slightly longer than usual to receive.
Orders must be placed by 1.30pm BST to leave the same day
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please note that all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact email@example.com
All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 28 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: All hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed-for-postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

La Coqueta uses reputable couriers to deliver orders all over the world such as: DPD, Evri (formerly Hermes), DHL. All UK & EU full-price orders come in a La Coqueta Kids box and all US & ROW orders come in a La Coqueta canvas bag.
If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request that your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
La Coqueta takes pride in delivering packages of joy. In an effort to deliver cost-effective La Coqueta packages worldwide our packaging varies slightly depending on location.
Please note that our discount codes only apply to full priced items, unless specified. Our WELCOME10 discount is only applicable to first time purchasers who have created an account with La Coqueta, you must be logged into your account for this to apply.
