Success Stories: How To Build A Successful Children's Brand
La Coqueta's Celia Muñoz was about to give birth to her fifth child when she decided to follow her passion and start her own business. Spotting a gap in the market for well-made children’s clothes at an affordable price, Celia left behind her career as a headhunter and launched childrenswear brand La Coqueta in 2013. Handmade in Spain, the designs mix traditional, timeless silhouettes with chic and contemporary twists. Famously worn by Prince Louis, the brand is now a global success, with customers reaching as far as Brazil and South Korea. Here, Celia tells Georgie what it took to get the business to where it is today.
