It has a charming Peter Pan collar in white cotton, traced with delicate French lace, a shirred bodice and long blouson sleeves that are gathered at the cuff for a voluminous effect. It has a longer-length floaty skirt that is fully lined with pure cotton and is kind to even the most delicate skin, finished with a stunning banded neckline that has been adorned with shirred embroidery at our family-owned atelier. We recommended sizing up on smocked sizes that are elasticated at the front.
