La Coqueta’s Mia Baby Girl Hand-Smocked Sleepsuit is a beautiful introduction to modern traditionalism, thoughtfully designed for your newborn baby girl’s earliest days. Hand-crafted in our family-run Spanish ateliers, this pink baby sleepsuit is made from 100% Peruvian Pima cotton, a naturally hypoallergenic fibre prized for its silk-like softness, breathability, and lasting quality.
This heirloom-quality baby sleepsuit features an intricate hand-smocked bodice with honeycomb detailing and a delicate frill collar, hand-embroidered with tonal pink flowers. Long blouson sleeves and integrated booties create a quintessential total look, ensuring your little one is well-groomed from their very first days. Designed with parents in mind, the double-knit jersey fabric allows gentle movement, while nickel-free poppers at the back and crotch make dressing and changing effortless.
Ideal for hospital bags, first family visits, or thoughtful newborn gifting, this baby girl sleepsuit reflects Founder and Creative Director Celia Muñoz’s belief that a child’s first wardrobe should be rooted in craftsmanship, comfort, and beauty. Designed to be worn, loved, and passed down, it embodies La Coqueta’s commitment to slow fashion and traditional Spanish techniques. Style it with a cashmere baby bonnet for cooler days or explore La Coqueta’s baby accessories collection to complete a first wardrobe rooted in tradition and comfort. For sibling moments, coordinate with a hand-smocked dress from the girls’ collection for timeless family portraits.
