It is a two-piece set rendered in a feminine fit-and-flare silhouette, with a top that gives way to a cinched waist and a flowy skirt, decorated with a wide-panel velvet ribbon in full-bodied burgundy that ties at the back. It has a charming white cotton frill collar trimmed with delicate French lace, and long sleeves finished with delicate white pleated cotton.
